God's Prehistoric or Pre-Flood Rapture

This short and simple article may be very controversial, however; at the same time, may be valid ?

I could have named the article: 'In Search of God's Prehistoric People' or maybe: 'In Search of God's Pre-Flood People' but since so much controversy today seemingly is connected with the word "Rapture" which seems to indicate a group evacuation of this present time and space prior to some catastrophic judgment, then I will use that term simply as a WORD and not a theology.

God seems to have always had a people for Himself and at least One individual He would choose to serve/obey Him directly for a Divine purpose that He chose.

II Timothy 2:15/ Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. [KJV]

So, in my search I read:

Joshua 10:13 ~excerpt~ / Is not this written in the book of Jasher? [KJV]

II Samuel 1:18 ~excerpt~ / It is written in the book of Jasher. [KJV]

If the Book of Jasher was not a VALID Book, then why would God include it's Name in His Holy Word ? ~ Twice!

In the ancient Book of Jasher [translated into English from the Hebrew - 1840] ~ Jasher informs us, that in the days of Peleg, not only the families of the human race were separated and spread abroad, but that the Earth itself was divided.

Jasher, Chapter IV vs. 20/ And all men who walked in the ways of the Lord, died in those days, before the Lord brought the evil upon man which He had declared, for this was from the Lord, that they should not see the evil which the Lord spoke of concerning the sons of men.

Jasher Chapter V vs. 5 & 6/ And all who followed the Lord died in those days, before they saw the evil which God declared to do upon the Earth. And after the lapse of many years, in the four hundred and eightieh year of the life of Noah, when all those men, who followed the Lord had died away from amongst the sons of men, and only Methuselah was then left, God said unto Noah and Methuselah, saying,...

Jasher Chapter V vs. 21/ And all the sons of men who knew the Lord, DIED IN THAT YEAR, before the Lord brought evil upon them; for the Lord 'willed' them to die, so as not to behold the evil that God would bring upon their brothers and relatives, as He had so declared to do.

You may find this so shocking to modern theology and teaching, that it cannot be accepted, however; don't just throw it away, but put it on a shelf; to be studied later if you should so choose! Especially, when end-time events occur and maybe man's theology doesn't hold up anymore --- take a second look at all events transpiring on the whole!

I close with this thought:

Isaiah 57 verse 1/ The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. [KJV]

Everything may not be about to happen like you think ~ you may want to prayerfully consider all you've read here and the future.
