A Colorado Springs man has gotten some unexpected visitors. A doe chose to give birth to her twin fawns in Adolph Bakun's backyard. The fawns usually hide in the flowerbeds and shrubs, but when they do come out it is quite a sight.
The twins are too young to jump the fence and get out of the yard. Bakun says the only problem is the toll they take on his landscaping.
"The thing is when we had the roses in bloom over here, they eat them," he said. "That's the only pest they become." The mother deer is keeping a close eye on her babies from a neighbor's yard.
